Google data accessed

When authorized, the tool requests only these read-only scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/documents.readonly — read Google Docs.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.readonly — read Google Sheets.

The tool uses this access only to read travel information the user has authorized and prepare a traveler-facing Travel Hosted Preview. It does not create, edit, or delete Google Docs or Sheets.

Use, sharing, and storage

• Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
• Travel details selected for a traveler-facing preview may appear in that preview for its intended travelers. The source Google Docs and Sheets are not made public by this landing site.
• Authorization tokens or credentials used by the workflow are kept privately by the operator for this authorized purpose. They are not embedded in public pages or previews, or included in this source repository.
• This landing site contains no analytics, advertising, database, or Google content.

You can revoke the tool's Google access at any time from your Google Account's third-party app access settings. Revoking access stops future Google API access; it does not automatically remove a preview that was already created or shared.

Google API policy

Travel Hosted Preview's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
